The Scientific Program Committee of EUS Summit 2018 cordially invites you to submit abstracts.
Abstracts should be submitted via email (eussummit@conventionpm.com) no later than September 9, 2018.

Travel Grants

We are pleased to announce that the organizing committee will offer travel grants (USD 500) for overseas participants to encourage them to be active participation in the summit. Applicants should submit a copy of passport to the secretariat through e-mail at eussummit@conventionpm.com.

To be eligible, the applicant must:

- Be the presenter at the Oral or Poster presentation

- Be pre-registered for the summit and complete the payment of registration fee

Please follow these guidelines carefully.

• All abstracts must be written in clear English, and submitted either as oral or e-poster presentation.
• It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
• Abstract titles should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.
• All articles should contain a brief, clear statement of the background (aims, methods, results and conclusions) of your work.
• Abstracts should not exceed A4 1page including references, and please refer to the template.
• Presenting and corresponding author will receive a confirmation e-mail that your abstract(s) has been successfully submitted. If there is no confirmation letter after abstract submission, please contact the secretariat, eussummit@conventionpm.com.
• The reviewers reserve the right to reallocate the submitted abstracts to other sessions.
• Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the summit and presenters are required to register for the summit separately.
• The author submitting the abstract must be the presenting author, and the presenting author should `attend the meeting and register via online during the pre-registration period.
